Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topics you select, your message and the language of the page.
We only use this data to answer your question and, if you want, to make a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep your message in our mailbox for up to 12 months after our last contact. If it leads to an assignment, we keep what is needed for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
The form is received by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site (see below), and delivered to our mailbox as an email through Brevo (France), a European email service that only processes your message to deliver it.
Hosting and technical data
This site runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). On every visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. This is needed to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
To show you the right language straight away, the server reads the language setting your browser sends. It is not stored.
Fonts
The fonts on this site come from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your browser fetches them directly from Google, so Google sees your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies. We do this for consistent display (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use one cookie, and only when you click a language button yourself:

This cookie is strictly necessary for a feature you ask for. That is why we do not ask for consent and show no cookie banner. You can delete it at any time in your browser; the site keeps working and will show your browser's language again.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this statement.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and take it with you. Email hallo@eyniq.com; we reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Security
The whole site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only we have access to the messages you send us.

If we change this statement, the date at the top shows it.
